EPDM This is a standard flat roofing material. Are you on a budget? This could be for you. This material has been around for years and is excellent for a ballast roof. The highest warranty we can offer with this material is 10 years. After that, a full replacement is required. It is not energy star rated because of the black material. It does not allow for ponding water, so it should be used on roofs that drain well and do not collect a lot of snow during the winters. This is a Genflex brand. In order to receive the warranties from these companies you must be signed up for our maintenance programs.  | TPO We have been installing TPO brands for over 10 years and we have just transitioned to a new brand- Genflex. We are happy to now offer this brand! We are certified installers of GAF and we are now in the process of switching our certifications to Genflex. We offer up to a 15 year factory warranty for the TPO Genflex brand. This is a fully transferable warranty. In order to receive the warranties you must sign up for our maintenance program.  |

When deciding which membrane is the best for fire resistance, PVC is the only membrane that can truly be called fire resistant. Although the others say they are ASTM fire resistant, their coating fades quickly thus putting your building at risk. |
