Cut the cost of repairs by 35% if you join our maintenance program today. It includes: regular inspections quarterly and after a strong storm we will come out to inspect your roof for a minimal fee. This fee will be agreed upon during contract or pre- bidding of contract. Compared to our normal charge of $100.00. It includes minor repairs of up to $150.00. And up to 3 repairs per quarter.  These contracts are year long and are billed out yearly. They must be paid in full to receive the full benefits.  When it's time for a new roof enjoy a 15% savings on having your building being re-roofed. When you have a contract you will hold a cost to re-roof bid that will be honored if you need a new roof due to hail damage, or any unforeseen occurrence. This roof bid is subject to change if material prices rise more then 4% for that year. And are rebid every year at the signing of a new contract. It will include a discount of 15% percent. You must have a signed contract and be paid in full to use this.
